Arriving Storm,
Oil on panel, 24x36. This is a scene, 100%
fabricated, for a Florida 500 years anniversary art show. One
could just imagine the natives, saying, "holy mother, what is
that?"
It was a bad
day for them, as events played out. These natives are dressed
appropriately for the Indians of northeast Florida, from the
accounts of the Spanish in the 1500's.
I like this
painting, it has a lot of depth and color. But still a little
to much realism for the art judge it turned out.
