Oil on wood panel, named "Rabbits Yet to Chase", in memoriam for a fine old lab, Molly.   I never met her, but some friends had an elderly dog that I volunteered to paint a picture of, after I got gotten an unusually fine photo from them.  They earned the painting by providing me something it was easy and a joy to paint. The photo was pretty much like this except the background just grass.  I modified it to give more of dreamy appearance, like the Elysian fields in the afterlife of the Romans.
